2003

The dream comes true

In the heart of Venice, between the streets and canals, Francesca and Vincenzo bring Osteria Enoteca Ai Artisti to life. It is not just a restaurant, but the expression of their passion for food and wine and the Venitian lagoon.

Francesca, with her innate talent for cooking, and Vincenzo, with his experience in the family restaurant, create a place that soon becomes a point of reference for whom who seek authenticity and true flavors.

2005

Family grows

The Osteria is initially run only by the couple, but in 2005 starts welcoming the first employees. The restaurant room and the kitchen become a laboratory of ideas, where the team works together to deliver a distinctive experience.

A journey through the wine labels

The wine list, curated by Vincenzo, becomes a central element of the Osteria. The selection includes small wineries, with a strong focus on natural and artisanal wines.

The bond with Venice

The partnerships with the Rialto market, the fishermen of the lagoon and the farmers of the Venetian islands are consolidated.
