Francesca and Vincenzo prize quality and the support of the local economy. Products from the Veneto region, in particular from the Venetian lagoon and bought from the small producers and not from the big distribution chains. But also the excellent products from all of Italy.
We choose fresh products every day at Rialto market.
Our menu is subject to change, depending on the availability of the ingredients.
